- Please submit ALL game sheets including exhibition
- Score sheet must be submitted by HOME team
- Score sheets must be faxed within 48 hours of game
- Game number or exhibition must be clearly indicated
- Please ensure team names, division, and final score are clearly indicated on score sheet
